Obedience Training:

Obedience training program where we meet at your home, office or other -  and learn how to implement the following commands: no, heel, sit , stay, down, come, leave it, off and say hello. First I work with the dog to show him/her what we expect and then I work with you. It is important for you to learn and understand the proper techniques and the way to communicate with the dog to achieve the best results. We will also address any problems and behavior issues such as jumping, excessive barking, seperation anxiety, nipping etc. that might be going on at the time.

Puppy kindergarten:

In home visit to help you and your new puppy get adjusted to each other.  I will show you the best way to intergrate your new puppy into your household.

-How to be successful with  housebraking

-Prevent the loss of your favorite shoes

-Create good habits today for long term success

-Your new puppy and the children

-Proper exercise and socialization

Problem Solving / Behavior Modification:

Problems addressed on an individual case. Seperation anxiety - destruction - excessive barking - jumping - mouthing - new baby arrival (address BEFORE the baby arrives -if possible) - adding another dog/puppy to the household - etc.

Puppy Selection or Rescue Dog Evaluation:

Making the decision to get a puppy or rescuing an older dog is a big one - I can help you make a match the will work best for you - based on your lifestyle and personaltiy - as well as the puppy/dog 's personality.  Not every breed will work with every family. There are behavior tests that can be done as early as 6 weeks that will help determine the overall personality of a puppy to help make the match more successful. Dogs are not like shopping for a sweater - if you don't like the sweater once you get it home and wear it once - you can leave it in a drawer or donate it - you wouldn't want to do that with a puppy or dog - so making an educated decision along with your feelings will make for a long happy household.

$50 -$100 puppy evaluation (say you already know the breed and found a litter of puppies - I can help you select the puppy that will have the best personality for your household) I can also go to pet stores and tell you whether the puppy you looked at will be a good match for you... call me BEFORE you bring him/her home ... while the pet stores say "money back no problem" it's better for the puppy
